Elevated Print Labs ("we," "us," "our") is a made-to-order custom print and embroidery business based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 2. Products and custom orders

All of our products are custom-decorated and made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, orders are subject to our Refund Policy, including the 24-hour cancellation window and our reprint-and-replace remedy for defective or incorrect items. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor differences and the nature of custom decoration.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Customer-submitted artwork

If you supply your own logo, artwork, text, or other designs for your order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from artwork or content you provide, and we reserve the right to decline any order that we believe may infringe the rights of others or that we consider inappropriate.

5. Shipping and production

Production and shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently sell and ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our logo, designs, text, and images — is the property of Elevated Print Labs unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Print Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
