Returns & Refund Policy
Every item we make is custom-decorated and produced to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retail store — and we're committed to making things right when the fault is ours.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives with a printing defect, a decoration error, or is not the item you ordered, we'll fix it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at store@elevatedprintlabs.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we'll reprint and replace the item at no cost to you. You won't need to ship the original back.
We take real pride in our work, and standing behind it matters to us. If we got it wrong, we'll make it right.
Sizing and ordering mistakes
Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or product selection. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. Orders placed for the wrong size or option are the customer's responsibility and are considered final sale.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, production may already be underway, and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
As all products are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds except where required by law. Our remedy for defective or incorrect items is a reprint and replacement, as described above.
