Shipping Policy

Every item we sell is custom-decorated and made to order. Nothing ships from existing inventory — each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production time

Orders typically take 5–10 business days to produce before they ship. This window allows us to source the blank product, decorate your order, and prepare it for shipment. If anything is expected to delay your order beyond this window, we'll reach out to you directly with an update.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so you'll see exact shipping costs before you complete your purchase. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Carriers and transit times

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS. Transit time depends on the shipping option you select at checkout and is separate from the 5–10 business day production time above.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
